The B. Wise TRIOS Cabernet Sauvignon is a unique expression of the red soils of our Moon Mountain District estate vineyard.

Tasting Notes: Vibrant purple color. Raspberry and red cherry fruits abound, accented by black licorice and warm vanilla notes in the nose. Deeper nuances of nutmeg, anise, leather, sage and red earth minerality accent the fruit. A touch of stone and white pepper spice complete the package. In the mouth caressing tannins envelope with medium dryness and lingering finish. Decant in youth for 15-30 minutes. Best 2020-2027. Blend: 92% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Syrah, 2% Cabernet Franc
