Coastal Pinot Noir from the Nobles Vineyard. Located near the historic Fort Ross, an early Russian coastal settlement dating from 1812, the vineyard lies on the interior of the second ridge from the Pacific Ocean. Marine sedimentary soils. From historic Calera clone selection.
Aromas of cranberry and wild strawberry fruits. Accents of fern, cola, wood spice, and forest floor permeate the fruit. Subtle notes of vanilla and warm oak tones support the frame. In the mouth, caressing tannins give a round plushness to the wine. Best 2022-2028. 1.5L Magnums available to Wine Club members only.
