Golden Apple and Anjou pear fruits with lemon curd, mineral, hazelnut, and vanilla notes in the aromas. In the mouth a touch of toastiness, yet crisp and fresh with good viscosity and a clean finish. Medium dry. 40% Barrel Fermented and aged Sur-Lie with partial malolactic fermentation. Crisp and vibrant with a touch of richness.
