
Plush cherry and red plum fruit with flint and mineral. Hint of rhubarb with warm sweet baking spices, vanilla and loads of black and chili pepper. A zesty, youthful Zin, great with BBQ, pizza and spicy foods, delicious!
All Estate Grown. Monte-Rosso bud-wood cuttings were grafted onto St. George rootstock. The vines are head-pruned and dry-farmed. Yields in 2006 were just over 1 ton per acre!
