Tasting Notes

In the glass the wine is a deep, vibrant, glass-coating purple. Awesome aromas of juicy raspberry and blueberry leap from the glass. The generous fruit is accented with underlying hints of smoke, cured meats, herb-de-Provence and mineral. In the mouth the wine is round and luscious with medium grip and great spice, fantastic! All we can say is WOW!! Don't miss this one!!

Grown on hillside vineyards, one with red soils and one with rocky white soils, with an average yield of 2.13 tons per acre. This is the debut vintage of this wine. Too bad there are only 42 cases!
